The stunning Bittern Lodge is situated within the Taswood Lakes grounds, overlooking the beautifully stocked Osprey Lake, with its own private swim and patio area. Introduced in 2012, Bittern is a one-bedroom lodge with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and modern power shower. Thanks to having just one bedroom, it benefits from a larger kitchen and lounge area — perfect if you only need one bedroom for a comfortable fishing retreat. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all crockery and cutlery. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds or a super-king bed (please specify your preference at time of booking). All bedding is provided. The lounge and dining area is very comfortable, featuring a sofa, log effect fire, multi-channel television, DVD player, and a dining table with chairs. Large patio doors open onto the private patio area with stunning views across the lake. Outside, the private patio area offers seating for both dining and relaxing overlooking the lake, alongside a private brick-built BBQ and exclusive lakeside swims. A private tackle shed with chest freezer is included for storing gear and bait. All fishing is included in the price — no hidden charges. Bookings run Saturday to Saturday with a minimum and maximum of 2 guests.
