Tackleflow is an online directory and platform that enables users to view and interact with information about fisheries, fishing matches, catch reports, accommodation, and related services. Users may also save and share their own data through the platform.

2. User Eligibility

To access or use Tackleflow, you must:

• Be 16 years of age or older
• Have the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements under UK law
• Not be a competitor collecting content for competitive purposes
• Not have been previously banned from our platform
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. User Agreement

By using Tackleflow, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You form a binding contract with Tackleflow
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• You understand that UK Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988 protects our content
• If using on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that entity

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data only for the purpose of allowing you to access platform features such as saving listings, submitting catch shots, or interacting with content. Data is securely stored via Supabase. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Failure to comply with the following constitutes a breach of these Terms:

• No Fraud: We do not tolerate fraudulent activity in any capacity
• No Interference: You may not interfere with other users' ability to use our services
• No Harassment: You may not threaten, abuse, harass, or invade the privacy of others
• Original Content Only: You may not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Lawful Content: No unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material
• No System Damage: You may not post viruses or code designed to disrupt our services
• No Data Harvesting: You may not collect information about other users
• No Impersonation: You may not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination at our sole discretion.

• You are solely responsible for the information you provide and how you use platform content
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes

Listings, fishery information, accommodation details, and directions are provided by third parties or submitted by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Information may become outdated or incorrect at any time.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms
• Remove any content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Tackleflow and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by incorrect listings, outdated information, errors in directions, use of fishing methods mentioned on the platform, actions of third-party venue owners, technical issues, or loss of data.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes should first be addressed through our complaints procedure, with mediation encouraged before formal legal proceedings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
