Larky 2 offers a style of fishing for most anglers, ranging from a deep bowl section, large gravel bars, silty gullies rich with bloodworm, to multiple islands, with shallow weedy areas filled with reeds to fish around. Larky 2 has also been known to hold fish to over 53lbs in the past and the complex record tench which stands at over 14lbs. It currently has a stock of around 200 carp across 18 acres making for a moderate to tricky venue, with 50 of the original stock still residing which are believed to be over 50 years old.
