Furnace Pool (1.5 acres, 30 pegs) represents the main specimen water, holding impressive double-figure carp alongside quality mixed coarse stocks. Mill Pool (1 acre, 20 pegs) provides intimate fishing perfect for newcomers and pleasure anglers, while the exclusive Willow Pool offers premium fishing for lodge guests and those seeking a more secluded experience. Carp range from scrappy youngsters perfect for pleasure sessions up to specimen fish reaching 25lbs, with commons, mirrors, and ghost carp all well represented. Roach to 3lbs, quality bream averaging 2-4lbs and specimens over 12lbs, tench to 3lbs, and crucian carp to 3lbs provide consistent sport. Carp range from 1½-5lbs average with specimens into double figures. Most effective methods are pole and waggler with big summer catches coming from margins and far bank.

An intimate 1-acre pool perfect for pleasure fishing and newcomers to the sport. This charming water holds a good head of fish including roach to 3lbs, tench averaging 1-3lbs, bream to 8lbs, and crucian carp to 4lbs. Carp average 1½-4lbs with some ghost carp reaching 15lbs, while golden orfe provide excellent winter sport. The pool responds well to pole and waggler tactics with consistent results throughout the year. An ideal venue for relaxed fishing sessions and learning the basics.

Golden orfe, perch and rudd add variety to catches. Best fished with pole or waggler, with margins particularly productive in summer and small feeders effective in winter conditions.
