Headlands Farm Fishery is a beautifully mature two-lake coarse fishery set in stunning rural Hampshire countryside, just minutes from Romsey and close to the New Forest National Park. The fishery features two distinct 2.5-acre lakes, each offering different angling opportunities. The Top Lake serves as the specimen water, holding impressive carp over 32lbs with many fish in the 20lb+ bracket, plus pike exceeding 20lbs. The Bottom Lake provides excellent runs water with multiple species including carp to 23lbs, quality tench, crucian carp, bream, and silver fish. Both lakes feature mature vegetation, islands, and varied depths to 3.5 meters. Located in the River Blackwater wildlife corridor, Headlands supports exceptional biodiversity with over 240 bird species recorded. Bottom Lake

At 2.5 acres in size, the Bottom Lake is known as the runs water on-site where multiple catches are common. With 22 swims situated around the banks, depths vary from 2ft in the margins to over 8ft in places with a mixture of gravel and silt bottoms. Stocked with mirror, common and crucian carp in superb condition, plus tench, bream, rudd, roach and perch. The lake features three islands, channels and superb margins which come into their own in warmer months. Surrounded by mature willow hedges providing shelter and acting as effective windbreaks for peaceful sessions.

Top Lake
Commercial Fishery
Regarded as the specimen lake on-site, the Top Lake is a popular venue for anglers wanting to catch a personal best. At 2.5 acres in size with 19 swims, this long-shaped lake is rich in vegetation with several islands providing excellent privacy and varied features. With depths from 2ft to over 8ft, near and far margins, bays, reedbeds, gravel bars and deep holes, the lake offers diverse angling opportunities. Home to 60-70 carp currently over 15lb with many in the 20lb bracket and several over 30lb, plus impressive pike over 20lb with the lake record at 25lb+.
