Part of the original historic Mill, Mill Cottage blends character, space, and comfort. The impressive lounge/dining room features original mill workings suspended from its magnificent oak-beamed ceiling, creating a truly unique focal point. Large windows offer beautiful views over the lake and landscaped gardens, adding to the sense of tranquillity and grandeur. Unwind on the leather Chesterfield sofa beside the glowing log burner, or enjoy meals together at the solid oak dining table, served from a well-equipped kitchen with light beech units, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a four-poster bed with colourful drapes and a private en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom includes a washbasin unit, while the twin bedroom with two single beds is perfect for children or extra guests. A second family bathroom completes the upstairs layout. Outside, you'll enjoy your own private garden with BBQ, parking for two cars, and a private drive—ideal for a peaceful and independent stay. Guests have access to extensive facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, games room, tennis court, and private fishing lake.

Once part of the original dairy and ancient barn that stand proudly at the head of the lake, Dairy Cottage offers a unique stay steeped in history and character—with magnificent views over the lake and lily beds. Watch mallards and moorhens glide across the water or stroll across the lily pads with their chicks—right from your window. Step into the cottage through the well-equipped kitchen, where you're immediately greeted by your first view of the lake. The cosy lounge is rich in charm, with an oak-beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls, and a brick inglenook fireplace—perfect for real log fires on winter evenings. Upstairs, the cottage sleeps up to 3 with a romantic four-poster double bedroom and a charming single bedroom with coronet bed—ideal for the little prince or princess of the family. A family bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin, and WC completes the upstairs. Outside, a sunny breakfast spot with table and chairs catches the morning light—perfect for coffee or a leisurely breakfast while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. This cottage is also part of the ancient barn and was the other half of the working dairy. It too has magnificent views across the lake and landscaped gardens. The lounge and dining room are so inviting you will not want to leave. Character brickwork, exposed stone and oak beams, inglenook fireplace, for those cosy winter nights in front of the fire, beautiful pictures surround the walls. Stairs lead to double four poster room and two single bedrooms and bathroom. Ground Floor features lounge/diner with open fire and kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. First Floor has bedroom 1 with four-poster bed, bedroom 2 with single bed, and bedroom 3 with single bed and washbasin. Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and washbasin. Riverside Cottage is available for couples at couples price during May and June, September and October.
